VITTORIO EMANUELE III By the Grace of God and by the Will of the Nation King of Italy In virtue of the powers conferred on the Government with the Royal decree-law 17 March 1927, number 383: Regarding the proposal of the Head of the Government, Prime Minister Secretary of State, Minister Secretary of State for Internal Affairs; We have decreed and we decree: The Comune of Fallascoso is included in that of Torricella Peligna. The conditions of this inclusion, in the meaning of and to the effect of article 118 of the Comunal and Provincial law, single text 4 February 1915, number 148, shall be determined by the Prefect of Chieti, having heard the Provincial Administrative Council. We order that the present decree, sealed with the State Seal, should be inserted in the official collection of laws and of decrees of the Kingdom of Italy, and whomsoever it concerns should observe it and make it be observed.
