By the Grace of God and the will of the Nation the King of Italy At the request of our Minister, Secretary of Internal State affairs, Prime Minister; Having seen the request of the commune of Fallascoso for its separation
from the electoral section of Torricella Peligna and for its own
constitution as an independent electoral section. Having seen the general list of the section of the electoral college, 2 Having seen articles 47 and 48 of the political electoral law of 22 January 1882; Believing that the commune of Fallascoso has 62 political voters, and
that the conditions of the road networks of the place(s) are bad and make it
difficult for the voters of Fallascoso to exercise their right in Torricella
Peligna. We have decreed and so order: The comune of Fallascoso is separate from the electoral section of
